字体版权检查功能并不准确(包括360的那个字体检查功能)，因为网页没有权限读取电脑上已安装的字体的，现在只是读取字体的名称而已。

这个问题我好像回答过您。1.000 有一些字形 bug，如比如「袱」「孍」错形、「丵」字形不对称等；2.000 版本的思源黑体上面提到的字形 bug 都有修复，而且支持的字符更多（如「鿭」「鿬」「鿫」等字，旧版是不支持的），不过会有一少部分字是非 G 标字形（如 SC 版「藏」字有断笔，不知后续版本是否会修复）

猫大，我想问一下字体文件属性详细信息里面的东西是可以随便写的吗，就是那些版权 商标信息 许可证信息 版权归属等等这些信息，会不会出现有人把版权字体合在一起，然后编写这些版权信息和许可证信息说是免费的坑人呢，会不会有这种情况，比如当年的迷你等。
这个是没有办法避免的，因为字体文件的信息谁都可以修改，所以出处来源不明的字体最好不要使用。

「原神字体的西文部分不是由汉仪设计的」关于这点有相关来源吗？
我没有找到这点的证据，但原版的汉仪文黑的西文部分完全不是原神魔改版的西文风格，两者的小写字母”l”对比非常明显。另外汉仪文黑原神魔改版缺少的汉字是用微软雅黑补上的，所以理论上不能商用。

没有其他证据能进一步证明的话，个人倾向于认为还是委托了汉仪重新设计了一套西文。
倒是原神字体另外还有一套日文字形版本，就比较难说是出自哪方修改的了。一些字的结构改得并不好看，改动的范围也不全——有相当一部分属于新字体的汉字直接用了微软雅黑的字形；经改动的字还保留了一般黑体底部的出脚，总感觉像是从某款黑体按着文黑的笔画细节改过去了。字体里甚至还残留了一些来自 Fontworks 的 Skip 字体的字形，不太像是委托正经字厂定制的成品。
找到证据了，第二个网页的正文有这样一段描述：
Additionally, the Latin and Cyrillic fonts used in the typeface are separate from HYWenHei-85W and may be designed by miHoYo or may have been contracted by miHoYo.

不是，官方没说免费商用，只说了免费下载，版权在一汽丰田手里

Aside from my hobby on fonts, I have a job that has nothing to do with fonts, and there isn’t much spare time. Moreover, I ain’t too interested in such handwritten font. So, when you find some open-source fonts somewhere, do NOT ask me to modify the fonts anymore, please.

不是啊。你要明白一点，字体文件.ttf和.otf理论上就是一个软件，你要把字体文件发给别人或者分享给别人，这样才叫分发。
具个例子，你帮甲方做一个海报设计，是不需要提供许可证副本的，就是直接用就行了。但是，甲方说，我要自己改一下海报上面的文字，你把源文件和字体文件发给我吧。这时你要把字体文件发给你的甲方，里面就是附带上字体文件的许可证。

使用旧版和新版都可以。v1.001R 及之前的版本相对于之后的版本会有一定的缺陷（比如「袱」「孍」错形、「丵」字形不对称等），不过 v1.001R 及之前版本的思源黑体是 Apache 2.0 授权，没有规定「相同授权发布」，可以与其他授权的字体融合（如与 SIL OFL 1.1 字体缝合，缝合后的字体需在 SIL OFL 1.1 下发行，IPA Font License 等其他规定「继承相同许可」的授权许可下发行的字体同理）；之后版本的思源黑体，上面提到的字形 bug 都有修复，而且支持的字符更多（如「鿭」「鿬」「鿫」等字，旧版是不支持的），不过会有一少部分字是非 G 标字形（如 SC 版「藏」字有断笔，不知后续版本是否会修复），此外作为 SIL OFL 1.1 开源授权下发行的字体，新版思源字体的衍生字体也需要继承 SIL OFL 1.1 授权许可，因此与 IPA Font License 等其他规定「继承相同许可」的授权许可下发行的字体融合后会出现许可不兼容的情况。
（这里的「融合」是指在字体文件层面上将两个字体合为一个字体，而非排版或设计软件层面上将二者进行搭配。）

您可以这么理解，毕竟只是用在设计包装上涉及不到再分发。
不过还是建议使用最新版本，与前版相比会有一定改进，旧版当然也可以继续用，不过不推荐。
（另外勘误一下，「鿭」「鿬」「鿫」等字是在思源黑体 2.0 加入的，「袱」「孍」「甭」等字的字形也是在 2.0 版本修复的。）

「衍生作品」指的是在这个字体文件基础上修改制作衍生字体（比如你把 Droid Sans Fallback 在字体文件层面上修改，制成「某某字幕体」，则「某某字幕体」的字体文件发行时也需要附上许可文档），而不是利用字体轮廓作其他设计。
